We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number)


Hygiene & Safety Notice

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on used personal care items, including electronic skincare devices, facial tools, and similar products once opened or used.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened skincare devices
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
